Frank Welker was born on March 12, 1946, in Denver, Colorado, the United States as Franklin Wendell Welker. His father was born in Canada but moved to the Midwest, where he met Frank’s mother. He then moved to California and went to Santa Monica City College in Santa Monica, California, where he majored in Theatrical Arts.
